GEONAV and G&T SAT have joined to accept the latest challenge of integrated marine systems: satellite communications.
“...Stay tuned!”. This is the concept that inspires GEONAV G&T SAT satellite antennas, offering innovative mechanical and electronic solutions.
All antenna models are submitted to severe testing and vibrating stress. The structures, made of treated aluminum painted at 180°C to withstand marine corrosion, are perfectly resistant to vibrations.
The GEONAV G&T SAT satellite antennas are equipped with industrial PCs for the complete handling of two engines, position sensors and magnetic compass. The electronic devices are housed in an elegant control box, accessible and easy to place.
All antennas are set for the satellite reception of TV, the Internet and weather channels at open sea, even under unfavorable weather conditions.
The received satellites are those included in the coverage of the GEONAV G&T SAT antennas, that is Hot Bird 13°E; Astra 19°E; Astra 2 28, 5°E; Telecom 8°W; Eutelsat W2 16°E; Hispasat 30°W and more.
The antennas are supplied with brackets and built-in GPS receiver.
